I've always liked this branch, I find everyone very friendly and helpful. Recently I had my eBay account hacked and consequently unauthorized payments made. I went to the branch and Daniel helped me out trace the origin of the fraud and come to a resolution. He personally called eBay and Paypal, as well as the main branch of Bancfirst. He helped me out beginning to end, spent almost 2 hours with me. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer care.
