So I ordered subway today and I ordered two sandwiches and I ordered on the phone they said you can do that and they gave me the wrong sandwich that I ordered correctly and I said it twice and the people were really rude to me when I came over just two months ago this guy was really nice but this little girl and there was really hateful like she did not like her job
This used to be a great location, but recently it’s been terrible. I just got a steak and cheese sub I don’t know if it was the meat or what but tasted like it had gone bad. The bread hasn’t been right in 6 months. The most basic thing they make is cookies and those are always undercooked. I’ll drive the 10 minutes to a better location from now on.
I found hair in my sandwich, and when I asked to change it the woman got mad..!
Very friendly staff and great environment. Covid has affected them though with limiting menu items. This isn't a big deal and understandable.
I dont think I'll be back to this location. I asked for a steak and cheese wrap and the guy didnt know how to make it! Asked me what I wanted on it and I had to look at the menu to tell him. It was my first time ordering and I had to tell him how to make it. He said it was his first time making a wrap. Upsetting. I'll drive to edmond even though I work across the street! Then there were flies flying around the meat and cheese and I wanted to soooooo desperately walk out but I'm too nice of a person. I just spent $7.88 on something I dont plan on eating. This is tragic.
