I bought some new shoes here for walking, I let the sales person know what my issues were with my old shoes and there were able to help me choose a pair of shoes that are very comfortable.
I love Red Coyote for buying athletic shoes. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable about the shoes they carry. You can walk in tell them what types of exercise you do and if need be they can have you walk on their treadmill to determine what shoe fits your gait. Highly recommend them.
Friendly staff and great selection of shoes. Fantastic customer service! I have worn Mizuno running shoes for years and in October I purchased the Wave Rider 24 Knit shoes. I have never had any problems with any of my Mizuno shoes over the course of the last 15yrs.....until these. The sole began coming apart in several places after 2 1/2 months of light use (only walking in the evenings). I called Red Coyote and spoke with Jimmy who suggested I bring the shoes in and speak with a manager. I did as he suggested and the manager exchanged the shoes no questions asked even though it was outside of their 60 day return policy. I’m very happy with the Mizuno Wave Riders I exchanged them for (not the knit ones) and they were extremely comfortable out of the box!
I will never buy shoes from another place! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I would like assistance finding shoes that would fit just my needs. Getting help from experts to find shoes that would help my knees, feet, and ankles was a huge plus.
