The entire team is as professional as they are friendly. I selected the car online late Monday from San Antonio, they processed the paperwork in record time and I flew up Tuesday to pick it up. They met me and the airport, gave me a ride to the dealership and all the paperwork was exactly what we had agreed to over the phone. I got an extensive hands on, red carpet tour of the vehicle's features and was on my way home. I truly enjoyed the drive back in my CPO 2020 Volvo S90 Inscription.

I bought a car from Volvo cars on April 2nd. I drove all the way from Wichita, Kansas to purchase a vehicle from them and everything went well till I saw they ran a hard inquiry on my credit report a few days later. They asked for my social security number and told me it was to check to make sure I wasn't a terrorist. I was fine with that but they never told me they were going to run my credit report and pull my credit.nnI PAID IN CASH!!! There was no reason to pull my credit at all. I was not borrowing money to pay for a car, I was not buying a house, I was not applying for a credit card. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME why this dealership would need to pull my credit if I PAID IN CASH? I'm upset because I watch my credit very closely and to see it drop because what seems to me is that they pulled a fast one angers me.

Called Oklahoma City/Edmond Location,nThe guy who answered the phone clearly is not a customer Service person. Simply acted like he didn't want to be bothered by my simple question. And was rude as hell,

We had a great experience with Volvo Cars OKC! Dakota helped us greatly through the process & made it a smooth and stress-free experience. Jeremy was great in the finance department also! Enjoying our new Volvo immensly!
