The best car buying experience I have ever had in 35 years!! What made it so special? No hassle car shopping. The salesman gave me the space and plenty of uninterrupted time to look over the F-150, the Expedition and the Explorer models. When I gave the salesman the the four vehicles ( two explorers, one F-150 and one expedition) I had narrowed my search to , he did not try to change my mind by telling me what he believed would be best for me or he believed was the best deal to get me in the car or what I looked the best in when driving. The salesman showed me the features that I wanted with a vehicle and helped me compare those features to further narrow my selection to the vehicle I purchased. The salesman listened to me. This is what I narrowed my purchase to...n2020 Ford Explorer ST, it was the color I wanted, had the aggressive horsepower to pull a boat and trailer as well as the ability to navigate throughout traffic with acceleration of a performance vehicle. The final decision perhaps is not what the salesman expected...sound system.nI was in and out from salesman to finance officer was 45 minutes. Next time you are looking for a new vehicle, take the extra time and drive over to see my friends Dustin or Jason.
My 2004 Ford Explorer was having major problems that other garages could fix. I took it in and Dennis Lancaster was my service advisor. Dennis was honest and able to understand exactly the complexity of the issue. Dennis was quickly in touch after leaving it to completely diagnosed.nnThe result was accuracy in the repairs and cost and beat the estimated time to complete. Hands down the best experience I’ve had out of my 3 vehicles I’ve bought so far. Carla luster was great in finding me what I wanted in a vehicle and right at my budget! She’s not pushy like a lot of sales people are and that made everything so much better! 10/10 recommend and will be using them again in the future!

My 2020 Fusion which I purchased with John Hamm who by the way is the best salesman EVER was due for a oil change and I had set up a 11:30am appt. I got there early and instead of making me wait Ethan who by the way is the kindest and efficient service person received my car, completed my oil change and had me on my way before my 2nd cup of coffee. Now that was amazing!! Thank Vance Ford for hiring good people.
