I have purchased several cars now from the John Vance Auto Group. All experiences have been great, both in purchasing and also in any shop or maintenance needed. IE: the oil changes and tire rotations, etc.nnWhen you schedule maintenance whether it's at the GMC or the Ford Store they really keep you on schedule and get you out on time. I'm sure I'll be buying my third vehicle from John Vance when that time comes.nnI have recommended friends to shop at John Vance and I recommend to you too it's a good experience. NO high-pressure.

Just purchased a brand new 2021 Ford F-150 from Vance Country Ford. The entire process went fantastic from start to finish. A special thanks to our incredible salesperson, Diana Martinez. Service after the sale is what it’s about for me. The service department at John Vance has always gone above and beyond to help us get our car in and out quickly and save us money where they could. It’s easy to buy a car but to keep a customer is hard and I will be buying my next car here.

I drove a six hour round-trip and was not disappointed. The most smooth and enjoyable vehicle purchase experience that I have had. They took the time to search and find exactly what I needed. New interior even offered and chosen to my desire. Above and beyond my expectations were met!!! Thank you all. You are a great team.

The price for what I was looking for was high. Salesman were nice and not pushy at all.nEdit: From 4 stars to one star. I did not authorize you to check my credit 15 different times. You knew my situation and have made it worse by doing that without my permission. Im praying and hoping that this is fixable so I will have a place to rest my head at night.nEdit Feb 6, after further investigation, and many phone calls, it was in fact the dealership ran my credit once, the banks did the rest. I apologize for my misunderstanding.nThey also got me approved for the vehicle I was looking for. Got a letter from the bank today stating that.
