Lived in the park for several years. In the last couple months it has gone down hill. Tree limbs still need to be moved in several locations in park. This is from the ice storm in October. The manager and matenince people seem more interested in moving in new trailer then taking care of others.

Had no problems living here; low rent, plenty of rooms, large bath room, nice neighbors... BUT! When out trailer ended up burning down we're almost certain the park managers never had an investigation done like they said they would and then they tried to lie to us and tell us it was our fault, had sources that stated the trailer had faulty wires and managers knew it... Finally got our deposit back after notifying them that I would take them to court.

Lived here for a few years. Scott and Terry were great! Its a quiet park. Dogs occassionally not being contained was an issue. I remember the incident with Ashleys dog, and Ill have to check with my husband but Im pretty sure that was the dog that tried to attack my husband and 2 yr old daughter in the front yard. That dog was shot at/shot around this time. Scott is a big softy towards animals and would never hurt a dog or cat unless it needed to be done. People, of course, want to put on a big show when they are in the wrong for some reason though.nnCheap rental prices, total electric, and free water/septic. It was perfect for a family of 4. Just like with anywhere else, check out the block and neighbors before picking a specific home. In the section I lived in, I had no complaints. Super quiet.
