Bank where they give wonderful customer service. Make you feel welcome. Excellent service.
Opened a business account with this bank since our business opened about 6 years ago...been very disappointed for many reasons from day one :( They make it impossible to do business with them. Many problems with our cards and at the ATM, and many problems even when I am trying to deposit large sums into into my account. I call them, and it is resolved within a couple of days, but they are always issues that I have dealt with before.. very annoying. It seems that often there is a problem and I either have to call the bank or they will not do business as they did in the past because they have changed their business practices...I am closing my business account and will do business elsewhere.
