You all need to hire someone with some customer service skills to answer the phone. The man I've spoken with is nice, the lady is rude and acts like she's having to do so much. Maybe you need a new job sweetheart!
There have been multiple occasions that I have called and hadn't gotten a ride until I called them back, and then ontop of that the person on the phone has an attitude like it's my fault. The drivers are all cool, but when I have time sensitive business to take care of and need the trolley to be prompt, being an hour late is unacceptable.
Very professional, safe drivers. Comfortable vans with good air conditioning. Can't beat the price, either!
I never had a ride, but the lady that answered the phone was very unprofessional and extremely rude. I call twice. Once to schedule a ride and once to cancel the ride.
Some of the best people I've ever met. Driver Lee is great. Driver Barbie is my favorite, hands down favorite. Whatever Melissa's budget is, it should be doubled. Not her pay, but her ability to accommodate. They aren't just people, they're true human beings.
