Great shop , decent prices, and fast service
I had to get towed after loosing a tire on the highway at 1 in the morning and Brad came to get me. Easily one of the nicest guys I've ever met and even went out of his way to drop me off on base. Gave me an extremely good price on repair and would reccomened this shop above anywhere else in Altus.
I came home from work to a random car parked in my driveway. After calling multiple towing companies in Altus with no luck, I was so happy to hear Tripp Auto say they would come tow it. No hassle, great service. Thank you!
Took my sons Nissan Titan to Brad and had the HUBS replaced. He could have charged me more but he just charged me labor. He was fast and courteous. My son is 16 and his safety is more important that money.
Use of vulgar language and completely rude employee while working.nn*EDIT* I called and asked to speak to the manager, it was actually the manager that used vulgar language.
