Connection has been unusable for a month. Tech ame out, found no issue with my connection but line issues. Now they are telling me it's a problem in my entire area yet no one else, even my next door neighbor is having issues and we have the same service.nnI've been nice and very patient but I'm now dumping them fornA slower but at least reliable att service.

Awful service and the worst thing about it is they are the only primary internet provider in Anna Texas. I’m going to file a complaint with the attorney general and any other agency that will hear me. Most are working from home due to the pandemic and having a reliable internet service is critical. I pay 140.00 dollars a month and feel like I’m being robbed. It’s a shame. Would y’all believe that those ****** had to nerve to text me a message to remind me that my bill is now due. Just rip offs.

Poor quality not professional Internet's been out for a week tech came out day before yesterday told me that it's not my system he be back the next day never showed up Suddenlink tech people wants to give you a run around and tell you it'll be another week before they help you.

Our service is out multiple days out of each month. They always promise to discount the bill for the constant outages and I've never received one. Definitely do not recommend.

DO NOT EVER GET INVOLVED WITH TIHIS COMPANY, CABLE IS WORSE THAN SATELLITES!! PLUS FEES FOR SERVICES YOU DON'T USE!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM SUDDENLINK!: RIP-OFF, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ON HOW BAD THEY ARE!!!
