Arvest Bank

This particular bank is friendly but I’m sorry the bank system is no good. It’s like the Dollar Genral in food market.nnTransactions made a week prior show up a hole 5 days late and put your account in the hole. They don’t even show pending as if they hide the transaction and later it shows. I know I’m supposed to keep up with my transactions but I can’t keep up with all of them, that’s why I have a reliable bank. I know it doesn’t take that long for a transaction to show up.nnAnd i was on the phone from 8a to 10:04a trying to contact someone because i can’t even see my online account thier having problems with the online service... For 2 hours my calls were answered and hung up. Finally when I would get through I’d be 2 minutes in the conversation and lose the call. I called from another phone and same exact thing happened in the same sequence. And wait time is 15min in two hours I got dropped like 6 times.nnThe people are friendly but it doesn’t make up for the horrible business systems. And if I can’t make it to the bank how am I supposed to through and talk to someone if I can’t even call the branch directly? You have to call a customer service number for 3 states if you get through. I’m locked out of my account and I can’t look at my history. Wish I could contact my branch in Westville. They would help but can’t get through. Frustrating, at least I know my balance.

The employees at this Arvest, really seem to care about their Westville customers and all of their financials
