Good customer service.

Labor Day weekend I’m traveling from Charlottesville VA to Sunset Beach. Alternator shows signs on the interstate of going bad. “Coasted” into Advance Auto where they had an alternator. Problem was tgere was absolutely no one who could or would open to install the alternator until the middle to end of the next week. Father of owner of Ol Boys Service Center heard us talking in Advance Auto. He drive 16 miles to an appointment, 16 miles back to collect me, 16 miles to lead me to the shop or tow me gratis if my battery died. The good people at Advance Auto put my battery on fast charge, gratis, to try and get me to his sons shop. We made it coasting the last 100 yards!nnHis son professionally and immediately had my alternator installed at an extremely reasonable fee. I offered many times extra gratitude$ to both son and father. Smiles and no acceptance! Their joy was being good neighbors to a stranger.nnLook them up!
