Our visit was a good one. The staff member I spoke with was very professional, polite and relatively informative. She was even great with my 4yr old son jabbering her ear off. The only negative thing was this Big 5 didn't have more than 2 life vests that would fit my son and they didn't have any boys swim trunks. However, considering that it's Aug. that's relatively understandable.
