Melinda is so talented, friendly, and attentive. She did balayage on my hair as well as a fabulous new haircut, which I've gotten multiple compliments on! She made sure to answer all my questions with patience about what she was doing in the process (I'm a question asker :-) ) She made sure I loved the end result and checked back in a few days later to make sure I was still loving everything about it.
