Did a great job installing my initial extentions, I immediately booked another appointment as a follow up and tipped $150. When discussing this next follow up appointment, I received a rude reply while we discussed how we were going to go about the next appointment. As someone who is seeking a long term routine stylist, I found Melinda's lack of customer service extremely off putting and just cannot even think of having a long term hair stylist with such a poor manner.

Melinda is a miracle worker. For the first time ever, people are complimenting me on my hair style. I highly recommend her.
