This place is great. I had a slow leak in my tire and the gentleman found the problem within a few minutes. Plugged the tire and and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Fast, efficient and nice.

DO NOT GO HERE. The worker that I dealt with in particular doesn’t know what he’s doing. I called in on Thursday 2/11 and spoke to a guy (think he’s name was Ricardo) placed an order for a tire and was told that the tire would be available 2/12. Something told me not to trust this worker for the simple fact he didn’t ask my name or anything. He was just trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. I was like do you need to know my name? He was like oh yeah what is it ok, bye. I’m just like “but somebody else will be picking up the tire”. As I was trying to give the 2nd name he just continued to rush me with “ok, bye”. Glad I called up there on Saturday 2/13 before showing up expecting my tire to be there. Turns out Ricardo never ordered the tire and played like he had amnesia like I didn’t just call up there and place an order and was trying to get me to place another order. This is the only Rockside that I have a problem with, the one in Smithfield is fine.

My only place to get tire work done. Whether 35 inch tires, horse trailers, standard vehicles or lawn equipment, hands down the best place, best prices and most importantly Service you will find!
