Best experience at any automobile repair business BY FAR!. Excellent attention to customer service and to working through special circumstances. Mechanics and owner treat you with respect. A true pleasure! I had both a new car checked out and an old car with an oil change at this business. Both handled very well. Recently, they let me know that my oil did not need to be changed due to lower mileage, saving me money.

I have been using Christian Brothers for years for regular maintenance as well as general repairs for my three vehicles. The are the consummate professionals and know their work and complete repairs rapidly and thoroughly. Their work status system is outstanding, giving you constant updates and estimates for work. However, the most important part of their business is their people. They are kind, considerate, and strive to ensure that you are satisfied. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This auto business is the best all around! My truck was inspected for repairs quickly and serviced promptly. They have excellent customer service. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I really feel like they cared and took pride in their work. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Exorbitantly expensive. Highway robbery. Taking advantage of those in dire need??nnThese are all things I thought of when I called them to ask for the quote, after I got the email saying my truck's service checkup was complete.nnPicture this: your valve cover gasket is leaking fluid into your ignition coils, and your spark plugs are all shot. So you have to replace the gasket, coils, and plugs... No big deal right? No it isn't. You can go online and find those parts for a minimum of ~$150. Sure, you probably can't do the service yourself, but it doesn't look all that difficult. Basically just take the valve cover off, pull the coils out, unscrew the plugs, screw in the new plugs, put the new coils in, replace the valve cover gasket, put the valve cover back on. Yes, I'm greatly simplifying it, but any mechanic with a year of experience should have no trouble doing this job and it should take no more than two hours.nnSo when I called to get the quote, they told me it would be $1,475 for everything. Even before I knew all the details of my truck's issues, I knew that didn't sound right. I told them to give me a few minutes. So I called my dad, an honest mechanic, an honest man, my Ace in the hole. He immediately knew what was what. He did the math, looked up all the parts, the labor time, and told me that even worst case scenario, he couldn't come up with a $700 ticket.nnSo in the end they charged me $133 for the diagnostic, and they put everything back how it was. I drove my truck two hours to my dad's shop and had him take a look at it. $160 for parts, just over 1 hour of labor and he had everything together.nnI've been racking my brain now for two days trying to figure out how they can justify $1,400 for something like that. Can't seem to really come up with anything other than this: some kind of brand recognition/their name 'Christian', or they're just dishonest as a company policy. I know they respond to every review, so please, justify that price down below, I'd love to see your reasoning.

The service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, the quote came in at less than I was expecting, and the actual repairs ended up being half of the estimate due to a part ultimately not needing replacement. Very honest and great service.
