The staff at Brakes Plus are incredible people. They care about solving your vehicle’s mechanical issues and treat you with kindness and respect while doing it. Their prices are fair and service is prompt and courteous. They have taken all pandemic precautions very seriously to protect customers and staff. Highly recommend!

I took my 1999 Toyota 4 Runner in for an evaluation. Tim gave me a thorough diagnosis of what was going on with the vehicle. He also gave us professional feedback on our options. The turn around was fantastic. They did exactly what they committed to. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, respectful. Thank you Brakes Plus. They will be servicing my Toyota Prius in the future.

Charged me 25 $ for a tire rotation while they were working on my brakes. And don't buy your cabin air filter from them, they will charge you 100$ total to change them and I am not even sure I needed it. Outside of them, nothing to complain about.

These guys are the best. Complete honesty and ongoing communications through the entire repair process. My daughter used Brakes Plus and referred me to Tim. I could not be more pleased with services that Tim provided. He never tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Tim's integrity, honesty, open communications, and thoroughness has made me a customer for life. And Tim, the Hyundai is running better then ever, thank you very much.

We were visiting NC from Texas and noticed our GMC Yukon would vibrate when applying the breaks. Since Brakes Plus (this is not part of the chain) was highly recommended by our family living here in Apex we dropped off our vehicle to be inspected for brakes issues. Glen diagnosed the problem with our front breaks and went above and beyond to get it fixed in a short time. We are very impressed with their integrity, the customer service and more than anything the care with which he fixed the brakes knowing we have another 1400 miles to get back home.
