This was a great place to buy a used car. I purchased my car in October of 2017, so I've owned this car for years now. Before I purchased the car, they allowed me to take it to an independent mechanic for an inspection and made the appropriate repairs at no cost to me. They worked with me on price and I got a great price. As stated, I've had this car (2010 Ford Escape) for 3.5 years and put 60k miles on it, and other than going to mechanic for routine maintenance this car has had no issues. This is a quality dealership who wants to sell good cars. I would recommend to anyone, and may return here for my next car!

I know we all have different experiences with car dealerships in our lives but I would like to share with anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle from Cardinal Auto Sales Inc. to see Robert. I went with my nephew (Deon Williams) who was looking to buy a truck and we stopped by to see what they had. Robert was so helpful and offered full disclosure on the vehicle that caught my nephew's eye. He gave us his full attention and offered no pressure to buy. The experience with him and his great personality also helped make our decision to purchase with this company. If you are in the market for a vehicle I recommend you Check them out and ask for Robert.

I hope at least one person reads this before buying a vehicle from this place. This has been not only one of the worst customer service headaches I’ve ever dealt with but one of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with period. The battery was dead when I went to test drive the vehicle the first time which is on me for not being smart enough to realize that they were crooked from the beginning. When I get in the vehicle, a lot of lights were on the dash but I was told it was because the battery had just been reset and they would go off. When I started the test drive, they did in fact go off and the car test drove perfectly fine. I bought the vehicle and drove off the lot and didn’t even get 100 yards before it threw a coolant light. I inquired to a salesman immediately on the issue. I was told to just top it off and it may be low from sitting on the lot for a while. I live over an hour away from the car lot and by the time I got home I had 5 service lights on the vehicle and knew immediately I had been scammed. I filled up the overflow coolant tank when I got home and then decided to drive it to work the next day, this is when the real problems started. On the way to work a check engine light came on and by the time I made it to work the overflow tank was completely empty again. After work, I drove immediately back to the dealership to speak with the owner and be told to either take it to a shop to be checked out and get a diagnosis or bring it by the next day for them to look at it and then left me his business card and told me to call him with anything I needed and he would be glad to help. I found a great trustworthy mechanic that works on a lot of German cars near me and while they were looking it over they found multiple issues mainly dealing with the cooling system of the car where someone had gone in and tried to patch a lot of the issues already with sealant. I tried calling the owner several times from the number he had given me and got no answer or response. I then called directly to the car lot to get in touch with him to report back with all the issues that had been found with my just bought purchase that I had barely even driven. The owner then said he needed more information on what the car needed in order to help. I had the shop email it over directly to them.(this was on a Monday) I never heard a word the whole week and finally called on a Thursday to inquire what they had came up with. They had never even attempted to view the email they requested a whole week before and when they then looked at the email, they said it was not enough information. I had the mechanic send over another email with more information and was then told to bring the car in to their shop to inspect it. I had already told him the car was not drivable or else I would be driving it right then and it wouldn’t have sat in the shop since the day I bought it. Long story short, please please don’t waste your time here because the owner is “too busy for you”, does not know how to treat or deal with customers, will never return your calls, is selling faulty cars with bad inspections, and you will likely end up like me paying $2000 to get your car somewhat fixed enough just to be drivable after you just spent all the money purchasing the vehicle.

The staff at Cardinal Auto Sales made our car buying experience simple, friendly and fun. They worked with our financial situation and I was able to leave a few hours later with my amazing new ride! A few days later we had a small issue with an airbag light that they quickly sorted for us.
