I was in there earlier today in need of a battery for my 2005 ford 500 and Ms. Tik not sure if spelled her name correctly but she was sooo much help that i had to get on here and give you guys 5 stars for the great customer service. You guys definitely will have a repeat customer.

Wrong parts and didn't want to give money back

I went in there for some help with a car battery, couldn’t get the help. They said they were going to get manager and we waiting like 20 mins for her to come out..nnReally disappointed..

I drove my vehicle to this Advance to replace my battery. I used to be able to depend on my husband to do these type of things, but he's now disabled. Lee have excellent customer service skills. He tested my vehicle and indeed it was my battery. I mentioned to him that my windshield wiper fluid no longer comes out. He found the problem. He reconnected the tubing and now it works. It's hard enough being a caregiver, but when someone like Lee does that little extra for someone like me, it's a really big deal.nThank you Lee for helping me.
