Auto Direct Service Center

Was super good service, Rick our salesman was what Sales/Customer Support should want to achieve. Didn't have away to complete the paper and Auto Direct sent him to pick me and my family up. Needless to say we drove home ourselves in a new car. Highly recommend them , no false advertising. They will help you obtain all you need to get your riding!

Not very professional, Called once and someone picked up and them immediately hung up. Called right back and the automated system rerouted me three times while promoting 60 years of service professionals and then finally on to a machine asking me to leave a voice-mail and someone would call me back. Cacth was, the voice-mail box was full and hung up on me. So I will take my business else were.

Worst place to get inspections. They take forever and then mention things that are not even broken.
