I filled out a interest form on the Chevy website. Received a call from the sales dept a few days later. I went by to see what my opinion were and compared them to 3 other dealer. Return to J & M to purchase a vehicle. No pressure to commit to buy from there. I had asked for one specific option and that was shown to me. Found out there was a second option that work better for me. The dealership is further away than I had planned go, but it may be worth it.nPlan to have service and warranty work done there. Hopefully I will be as satisfied as I was with the sales dept. Service after the sale is what will keep me there just as the dealer of a difference make vehicle has done before.

I appreciated the down home straight forward atmosphere at J & M. It was a welcome departure from most of the other dealer experiences that I have had. My salesman was very helpful and straight forward and the pricing was very competitive without all of the haggle and nonsense that is usually part of the process at other dealerships. I would definitely do business here again even though I live one and a half hours away!

J&M is a down home laid back dealership that offers you a great price from the beginning without any pressure and no doc fees. I highly recommend you give them an opportunity if you’re in the market for a vehicle. See Allen Collins or any team member for a great deal.

My experience was awesome at J&M Chevrolet! Alan was my salesman and I couldn't be any more happier with the service he provided me. The entire staff at J&M are top notch with a small town vibe. I'm so glad i bought my new truck from them! Thank you Alan and the entire J&M staff for a fantastic buying experience !

My entire process was great. Taylor did a really great job with us in the pick up process. Winston was very helpful as well. I highly recommend J&M. The exact car I wanted was not on their lot but they sent someone to get it in Maryland. Super professional staff. I had COVID concerns but they were very well set up to handle me with social distancing and masks. I very much preferred the small town experience of J&M to the other experience I had at a Raleigh dealership just 3 minutes from my house. I highly recommend J&M Chevrolet.
