Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair Towing Tires

I called to see if my car had been towed here after a car accident I had because no one told me where it had been towed. The man who answered the phone was VERY rude and barely even listened to what I was saying before he told me that my car wasn't there, without even asking the kind of car I had and just seemed like he had no interest at all in helping me. Definately should not be dealing with customers because he clearly doesn't know how to treat them, or people in general. Maybe it was the owner and he doesn't care how he treats people since he's in charge, which makes it even worse. I would NOT recommend using their service to ANYONE.

These people could care less if they fix your tire or not. I'm not sure how they even stay in business. The customer service is rude.
