Main Street Cup and Cone

Awesome place! Amazing flavors of delicious ice cream , must have coffees in beautiful surroundings. Great staff. Excellent chain with a homey, small town feel.

I liked them at first as another option for local coffee, but my last few visits haven't been up to snuff. Admittedly, staff interaction on my last visit was better (as others have noted, my presence often seemed like an inconvenience to them), but they seemed to have given up all pretense of face coverings (I've never hung around long enough to see them cleaning, so can't speak to that). I also noticed far too often a strange, unappealing nutty flavor to my lattes. I don't know if they're scorching the milk or if it's something with the coffee. Either way, I'll be taking a break from them for a bit, see if things change.

I'm here, your website & Google says you're open but someone must have forgotten they had to work today..?nNo hours on the door either? Also, what kind of coffee shop opens at 830am? Today..March 20th - I was outside your door at 832am..the lights were off, chairs were still on the tables, an empty mop bucket at the front door, no one on site nor in sight. I can assure you, the place was not open.nFail, Fail, Fail.nGood Luck.

Ran in yesterday for a coffee and Icecream for the kids waiting on the egg hunt at town center. Our 1st visit. The staff was not friendly. Everything seemed clean and ok UNTIL my child had to visit the rest room. I have been to truck stops cleaner. Trash overflowing. Toilet nasty. Sink worse. The soap was one of the 98 cent soft soaps filled back up that made it watery. None in the pump on the wall that was aflling off. Then as we exited their dry storage had a pair of pants and underwear thrown over the drinks. Not likely to return....
