I never write reviews but that’s changing today!nWith an unexpected and quite horrible day of my car giving up on me in the middle of a busy intersection, I called AAA for a towing service and they were able to reach someone at iauto very quickly. My boyfriend and I did not have to wait long for our friend Mac to show up to give us a hand. He was helpful, and very quick in loading my vehicle up. If it wasn’t for him my boyfriend and I would have been stranded in an unfamiliar town waiting hours for someone to pick us up. He was able to take us to our destination and with that he made our horrible day into one that we will remember forever. Thank you to our friend Mac who was unbelievably kind and caring during this time. Such a kind soul that my boyfriend and I will never forget. Bottom line is that I wish I could give 10+ stars and I will recommend this place to anyone I possibly can!nnKindness goes such a long way and it definitely did today! Customer service was fantastic. Not only did I receive timely text messages regarding the repair process but Charlie called personally to confirm. The whole iAuto Team was friendly and professional. I could not be more pleased with the results; my 2005 F150 looks better than new!

When we had a big storm come through our town and my car was messed up and there was only one place that came to mind!! I Auto looked at my car gave an estimate in less than 15 minutes and I was thrilled to know it was in very capable hands ud83dude4c. The girls up front treat you as family and took care of everything from rental car to handling anything else that came up with the insurance!!
