McDonald's

Friendly Staff & Dining Room is pretty clean, However the restrooms need to be cleaned throughout the day. I like this McDonald’s will not start. The staff are always friendly restaurants usually pretty clean and services usually fast. The only thing that would change about this McDonald’s is They have a tendency to just lock the door at random times

It was not really busy when I went through the drive-thru today at 2:30. I didn't have to repeat four times that I wanted a cafe mocha, and I had friendly service. However my whipped cream was completely melted and gone by the time I got my coffee. Overall I give today visit four stars.

People, good. Food good. Service, speedy. Really all good things but one; They upsize my order without asking me. If the advertised price of the meal is $7 and I don't ask to upsize I shouldn't be paying $9 or $10 for it. And I shouldn't have to hold up the line to undo what I never did in the first place. Happens every time. It's a small thing but a personal pet peeve.

This score is for the store itself. You can’t expect good service if you only schedule like two people in your whole building. I couldn’t get anyone for about 5 minutes at the drive thru so I pulled up. A guy named Victor explained his situation and how he was alone (besides the cook) for the next two hours. Despite being alone and having to deal with so many customers, he had such a great personality. He is a good employee! I saw him running back and forth just trying to do it all. There were 8+ cars!

Even with a huge line at the drive thru, it was still fast and efficient. Good job
