I called in at spoke to a rep in regards to the Great Beyond pizza because I don’t eat meat, so I wanted to know if they had it and what came on it. Well the lady told me, so I said I would call back to order. Well I called back and was on the phone for 21 minutes of my life with a person for her to totally get the order wrong. I only wanted The Great Beyond pizza which comes with the Roma tomatoes, Beyond sausage, banana peppers and red onions. Well how about my order was COMPLETELY WRONG! Mind you I asked for delivery because I have a toddler and we’re dealing with COVID and so on! So I called back in to try and get the manager so I could have what I ordered versus this whole other order and couldn’t get a resolve or anyone from the store. I was on the phone 3 separate other times trying to rectify the situation and got NO HELP! the phone customer service is a joke! And do not think you’re going to get a call back from anyone at the store nor can you get them on the phone! I will never order from them again!

Got a delivery for a pan 3 topping. was over 30 minutes late and cold. Parm cheese shaker gets a star by itself that thing is great.
