I usually pick up from this location. I've been going for about a year. The food is always delicious. I've had some promotion/time issues with this location, not often maybe twice out of 15 delivery or pickups. Anyway, whenever the rare problems arise, the staff has always gone above and beyond to fix them. I love this company and particular store for it's equal opportunity employment and diverse staff. Makes a little melting pot in Reidsville which is nice and very welcome to see. Keep up the excellent work.

I have visited this location 5 times. Not once in my 5 visits has my order been correct. I have expressed my concerns with management, they are very kind and always remake the pizza correctly so at least they agree they have made an error and corrects it. The downside is that it takes extra time to wait and have an order remade. I have even attempted in ordering by asking to speak with the manager on duty, thinking that would assure the order would be made as ordered. Unfortunately that does not resolve the issue because that attempt also resulted in my order being made incorrectly. I want nothing free only what i pay for, unfortunately this has not Been the case. As example i order double extra cheese and maybe just maybe i receive border line extra cheese on the low end of the scale. As i stated its has been acknowledged by the employees that its not extra cheese, so its not just my opinion. I have been eating dominos for 20 years so i know the difference. Plus i have taken many pics and shared with over 10 plus people and not one has disagreed. So honestly i will not be returning, its a disappointment plus a hassle and waste of time to visit this location. I recommend visiting Elizabeth's pizza a block away if you are looking for quality and want what you spend. Thank you

Love this location and its staff they have only ever messed up for me once and they have more than repaid me for it with their amazing customer service and longtime well treatment I consider myself a loyal customer but this locations staff almost demands it with their excellent service!!!!

Always on the ball, getting our orders correct. Our pizza is always cooked just right and employees nice.

Food is always ready when they say it is, always tastes great! The occasional problem that can popup, they fix right away - from over-cooked crust to wrong toppings. I recommend this place to everyone!
