Fast knowledgeable and friendly staff....

Here as I write this .. been here an hour for oil change and front tire rotated which I wanted 5w 30 regular oil and told me i had to get synthetic cause that's what my car says to get fine agreed.. 40min later comes out and tells me he has to decline both request . I asked y he said the oil cap him and another guy couldnt get it off and the tire required a new tire and alignment. Said fine .. I than asked if I get the cap open can they do my oil they said fine .. took grippers from my trunk and got it open . Why they cant just do what they are asked to do without taking so long doing it there wouldn't be so many negative feed backs ...

I maintain my own cars but when it comes to tires everyone has to go somewhere. My regular tire place got flattened by a tornado and I tried Reidsville Walmart (I don't shop at Walmart for anything else). I have now put tires on all six of my vehicles at this walmart. The service is always friendly and fast. Chris (the supervisor) is great. There is also another guy that I have dealt with quite often but I don't know his name (shorter with a beard), he is incredibly helpful and always seems to know exactly what I need. I hate seeing walmart put the small businesses out of business but I've tried other places locally and none stack up.

The wait time was a little longer than I would have thought.

Called ahead to see how long it would take for four tires to be replaced they told me 40 minutes, ok. when i showed up at 12:30 they told me it would be an hour, ok. They finally finished at 3 pm 2 and a half hours later, not ok.
