This area is a memorial site designed for residents & tourists but it has become a homeless camp. The homeless use the gazebo as a home.

Evidence of homeless people leaving trash. Appears to be a congregating location resulting in abuse of the locations. Very unfortunate for such a symbol.

Johnathon Laine says this park is by far the safest, serene, and beautiful parks in the Pacific Northwest. Therefore his research and a knowledgeable perspective of the area has made this edit perfect thanks. . . Mr. Laine for your love of this county and city.
