Very ornate and relaxing memorial set at the base of a hill. There are many beautiful potted floral arrangements set around the memorial and hanging from the structure. The park itself is small but offers a very relaxing setting.nnAlthough there are no park style benches there are many sitting areas on one of the several concrete planters and step areas. It's a relaxing atmosphere and a nice place to take a break for a couple of moments and enjoy the fauna and colorful painted mural.
When i had been to victoria, and then back to the United States, i had lunch after went to this fountain. There were view really nice. When you will get a chance to visit there, you have to go there! You can see the wide sea and beauty of the port angeles!!
Nice fountain with a wonderful view of Canada and the downtown down the street.
I jog- lag upstairs and around a ~ 3 block route past fountain over the weekdays. Murals are kept nice, a good casual pseudo - Centre piece of downtown.
Nice area to visit when the drug addicts aren't striking deals behind the fountain.
