order from them all the time and they always get my drink wrong once i asked for sprite and they brung ice tea.... and once they forgot the drink entirely but them roast beefs be bussin and i need one now and its 4:11 pm been trying to call since 4:00 they close at 5:00..... why arent they answering? now i must starve and eat oodles noodles

The driver (Amanda) that delivered our sandwiches was awesome! She was VERY nice, wore a mask, & stayed a decent distant from me. As for the people in the store that took my order, they were very rude, & had an attitude from the moment they answered the phone! When I asked to speak with the manager HE TO had an attitude & was rude as hell! To the driver AMANDA, thank you for your kindness & the the staff inside FIND A DIFFERENT JOB!

I've been to this location about six times and every single time has been a pleasure to eat there. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The food is delicious. The location it's perfect because it doesn't matter where you are it's so easy to get to. if you're out and about doing some shopping or walking along the river Jimmy John's is the perfect spot to get either a snack or a meal.

Super fast delivery and great food! Literally have never had a bad experience at this location. I will send in an app order being 3 minutes away and it's done upon arrival. Good prices.

Sad operation here at 120 Market St Wilmington NC. I walked out after standing there for 15 minutes before being asked for my order. The younger generation needs to get their service / job / customer service in order. Sorry to have even visited this place.
