Wings were cooked just right. I like the wings that are not battered and I have only had those. The sauces are tasty and not over the top with heat unless you ask for it. Onion rings were just right. Plenty of choices in the sauce dept. I have been back 3 times and they are consistently good. Reasonably priced and tasty, isn't that what we look for in a great wing? If you live on the Monkey Junction side of town they are located right beside Legion Stadium, better than any in this area for sure.
This is without question the best place to get wings in Wilmington, bar none. Sauce options are numerous, unique, and delicious. Wings are the perfect size (large without being freakish, hormone injected monster chickens). The online order process is super easy and seamless. Curbside pickup is awesome! And last but certainly not least, the customer service is consistently exceptional.nnPS. If you are ordering from Fu Wangz, do yourself a favor and get an order of the corn. Its delicious.
Favorite wings in ILM. Tons of sauces to choose from—Hot Hot is awesome and actually flavorful; other favorites are jalapeño garlic, Cajun, and lemon pepper
After reading the reviews we decided to try Fu Wangz and they did not disappoint!!! Every wing flavor was better than the next (garlic oyster sauce was our fav). We ordered the sampler, each wing flavor was labeled, hot and smothered in the sauce. My husband says this is his new favorite place!! We will definitely be back to try other flavors!!
The wings are really good. Cooked well, the choice of sauces was a bit overwhelming. The sampler was a great way to try the different flavors.
