Nice employees but this is the worst location in Wilmington. First time we ordered here, they called and said they couldn't deliver but we could come for pick up. Fine, no big deal, right? Ordered two pizzas, one without cheese. got there and of course both have cheese and also NO TOPPINGS on either. Like what? How do you forget the toppings? Turned around to get the order straight and they closed! Almost 30 minutes early. Got a full refund the next day but still.nnAfter that we ordered from this location a few more times and every single order they call and say they cant deliver at the moment or it will be a hour+ wait. they almost always put cheese on the pizza ordered with no cheese. Probably won't order from here again after tonight, makes me miss the 17th Street location.

This is one of the worst stores for delivery ever. Consistently takes over an hour to get here but they begin making it as soon as the order comes in and it stays on quality check for 50 minutes so your pizza is cold by the time it actually gets to you. Pickup is great, very convenient to have a drive thru. Please hire more drivers though or at least hold off a little on making it until a driver is available to pick up and deliver the order.

I used to work for this company so it saddens me to give them such a bad review but I ordered my food over an hour and a half ago. Called to ask if my food was out for delivery after already waiting an hour and was told that it was and then 30 mins later get a notification that the driver is just now on the way. By the time the driver gets here it will be 2 hours since I ordered it so I know it won’t be fresh and more than likely be cold. Please get it together team!nnUpdate: all my food was cold and old. I will never order from this location ever again.

Ordered pizza tonight for the family, only to find out they don't have any delivery drivers tonight. I also used my rewards to redeem a free pizza. Hoping I'll get my rewards back along with a refund.
