I really enjoy their sandwiches. Ive tried a number of sandwiches and all have been tasty. Kinda on the expensive side when considering the food qty seems pretty healthy instead of greasy filler fast food. They have a reward program but using the rewards on their app is tricky (as in not user friendly) leading to me having placed an order requiring full purchase since I did not see a cancel order on the payment screen. Do not expect the price to change if you want to use a reward or coupon make sure it shows in your total before giving payment if not, start over. Seems they allow dine in regardless of covid if that is something you need to risk.
I’ve never had an issue with this location and they’re always super fast. I’m not sure if they meant to do this or not, but today I ordered a 8” beach club and they gave me a 16” instead for the same price! I love this jimmy johns and their food is always great.
All Jimmy John's are nice. Just don't think of the CEO or some questionable corporate policies.
I want to rate this place higher, I love the food, but I have to say one star just because my card got charged more than once on more than one occasion. Right now I have two charges pending on my card for the same order.
Awesome sandwiches friendly personnel really like the new Italian sandwich they make
