I have never had a bad experience with this particular location. The management and staff are always friendly. Unlike Papa Johns (See my other review for them) a human that actually works at the location answered, spoke clearly and took the order. The pizzas were correct and ready on time. I recommend this location specifically for the Wilmington NC area. I would not give 5 stars to the other locations. The others are not necessarily bad, but this location is exceptional compared to Leland for example.

We have ordered from Pizza hut for months now. Each time we have ordered, we have had the same customer service. Tonight I asked for his name. He said his name is Lincoln. He has always be very professional and friendly each time we have called. Lincoln needs to be recognized, as customer service is a lost art. Lincoln has not lost it.

I really like their Medium Pan Supreme! The crust is unbelievablely crunchy and tasty. You can pick up a slice and it won't collapse like Niagara Falls.

Pizza hut bread sticks are my comfort food, and I have fractured my wrist so I just wanted to enjoy some comfort.... But when I received.my bread sticks they were burnt, as hard as a rock. I don't think the employees would eat these themselves and I wish they had more care to not send their customers burnt product.

It's take out or delivery only. But we were just driving around trying to decide what to eat. Pulled up my maps and searched for pizza(not from Wilmington) and found the one on hwy 17. Got a meat lovers and bread sticks. It was one of the best pizza we've had from Pizza Hut.
