4 Got Keys

All I can say is their customer service is amazing. He was here within 10 minutes to unlock my car. Literally a life saver. My daughter had locked herself in my car and I am so glad this company was the first to pop up in my search. Worked very fast and was extremely sympathetic to the situation. Would recommend to everyone!!!

First of all, I have to give Alex credit for arriving within 3 minutes of our agreed time. I have used locksmiths before, and they are nearly always at least 30 minutes late. This was a great start.nLong story short, my bags were stolen while I was out of town with my car keys in them, and when I returned to Wilmington my car was stranded at the airport. After a very stressful weekend of trying to get home (with little help from the airlines due to significant delays) I searched all over google for someone who could provide the service I needed- new transponder keys to a vehicle with only a push-button start. Apparently this is a difficult service to come by, but this company said they could do it. Even better- they were mobile and could come to the car! The dealership wanted to charge $100 more AND wanted me to have the car towed to them... even though it was right across the street. Glad I didn't settle for working with the dealership.nMy car gave the technician (Alex) some trouble, and tried to lock him out of the system (good 'ole Infiniti), but he didn't give up. He even had to leave at one point to go get codes from the dealership in person, and even though it took much longer than expected the price never went up, and he never quit before he got it fixed.nStill, in less than an hour he had worked out a new transponder key for me and got me going quickly. He accepted a credit card and was on his way with no further hassle or haggling.nGlad I called this company, and I would use them again if I had to. No offense, but I hope I don't need to!

This company is awesome. Great service and arrived early. I would recommend this company for all needs. They cut my F150 key mods perfect and provided an extra key that was cut incase I need another done.
