Me and my friend ordered a pizza with haft cheese and half pepperoni. The pizza was cold and it was 2 hours late.The pizza was all meat and they didn’t get it right.We had to walk through the woods to take a shortcut to the top of the road. The driver was nice and respectful but the person we called at the pizza place was rude and was getting a attitude when all we asked if they could change it to the right order

Ordered delivery for a meeting at lunch, to be delivered at 5:00. Arrived almost 20 min. late. Great pizza, poor logistics!

This is one sorry place to go to. This is my first and last time going. Order my food at 4:11pm and I know I was going to late getting it, I got there at 5:25pm and l call them to let them know I was outside and waited for someone to bring my order($37.04 order) to my vehicle and watch them talking in front to one another then call again 10 minutes later want to know whats going on. So I went in to get my order. Pizza very cold, I know on that part I was late getting but no extra cheese on my pizza, then they forgot to give me my cheesestick had to go back to get it the lady said oh, the right their cheese burnt. Ask about what can be done for a refund they look at me like im crazy!

We ordered the pizza for a delivery at 6:00 and got it at 6:30. And the credit card was charged twice for our order. Manager says it will always charge twice but one of them will drop out. However this is not my first tine ordering and that has never happened before.

This happened on 12/18/2020, we had placed our order at 6pm and. Our confirmation email stated pizza would be delivered by 6:30ishh. Well 6:45 passed and then it was 6:52. At that time we called and the person on the phone stated they haven’t even started making our order. They proceeded to say it would take another 45mins for it to be ready. This is absolute bs. Ridiculous tbh.
