The two brothers, Joseph & Kenneth need refresher courses in organization and ethics.nMy boss hired Joseph and paid him a retainer, but due to disorganization and lack of communication she was told he couldn't represent her because Kenneth had already been hired by the other party.nAfter she gave Joseph the money, no attempt was ever made to contact her regarding the situation or return any of her money.nNow the brothers are knowingly allowing their client to commit illegal acts against my boss. They should be disbarred.
