I had a horrible return experience today at Walgreens. I'm a frequent shopper & loyalty member, & I'm very unsatisfied with the service I received at Walgreens today.nnAmy, the assistant store manager, was very short with me today & rude with an attitude. I had my original receipt, but the cashier placed all my return on a store credit & not $1 on a store credit & the rest of the amount back on my debit card so she called a manager to assist her. I had originally made my purchase & used my store credit with $1 on it & put the rest of the purchase on my debit card.nnAmy, the manager, stated that she couldn't post void the return transaction and return my money back to my card because the receipt didn't print a bar code. She did nothing to resolve the issue & seemed like I was a bother to her. The store made the mistake but I was left feeling like I inconvenienced them. There was no apology for the inconvenience or for the mistake made & no resolution for my issue.nnThis store needs better managers with kindness, respect & the ability to make customers feel like their valued. Amy needs to learn how to handle issues in a professional & courteous way for all customers. If it wouldn't have been for Amy's attitude then the situation wouldn't have escalated. Treat your loyal & local customers better!

Went in because my veterinarian told me to get Pepcid for my dog. I had no idea which one to pick, so I sheepishly asked the pharmacist what she would recommend. She immediately told me I picked the wrong one for a dog and led me back to the shelf and told me exactly which one to give her. Even explained the dosage! I was so impressed that she knew what my dog would need! What a knowledgeable pharmacist, not just about people, but about the product in general!

We stood at the photo counter watching an employee complain about what a horrible day she was having as she blatantly ignored us for at least 10 minutes. Never even acknowledged us or asked why we were standing there. Shame on you for such terrible service..rude!!! Doesn't even deserve the one star to write this review.

They price price gouge when it comes to Diapers. Almost $5 more expensive than every other store

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to love this Walgreens but not after my experiences in the last month, especially today 6/14/20. You cannot reach the pharmacy directly anymore. You call and it goes to a call center. They transfer to the pharmacy and get disconnected. I made 6 calls and got cut off when transferred. I then call the store and was on hold the 1st call for 27 mins. I call again and ask for a manager on the automated system. I was again on hold for 49.17 mins. This is ridiculous!!!!! I will be transferring ALL my prescriptions and business to CVS IMMEDIATELY!!! I have been a customer since they opened but when I can't reach my local pharmacy - it's a HUGE problem. I have spent $1000s over the yrs but no more. My frustration level has reached the maximum and I'M DONE!!!
