*** LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! This Domino's location. Each and everytime I order they are always excited to hear from me (I can hear the smiles through the phone) they Always verify my name, number, and address to make sure that they get my order to me in a timely manner. I also love how they keep my previous order on file so I'm not on a longer hold than usual phone call (when I order the same thing each time lol). Even when I get a messed up order, they always go above and beyond to fix it right away. I have lived in Jacksonville for over 20 years and have never ordered from any other pizza store. Thanks Domino's for making my family a part of yours!! ***
Had a great experience with dominos tonight! The employees are always so kind and really go above and beyond to make their customers happy.
So the instruction was to deliver to my passenger side of my car. I pull up roll the passenger window down and my food comes to the driver side and they stand their until I rolled the window down to hand me the food. So not only did they not follow instructions but you force me to grab the food with less than six feet distance as if there is no covid 19 no gloves on when handling my box either!!!! Really so covid just skipped Domino's won't be going back to that location ever. If I could give y'all a negative star I would. I didn't even eat the food because if y'all can't respect my wishes or my space I'm not going to in danger my family with the lack of respect and care for my life and safety as will as my family.
I ordered delivery . The food arrived in a decent time, it was hot and fresh and made correctly . my food hir the spot! Thank you to whomever made my food tonight!
