I ordered my food at 12:27 today, it's currently 1:45. I just called the store and they said they haven't even started cooking my food yet. They also explained I should have ordered from the other store because it was closer, which according to maps, and my knowledge of Jacksonville, it is not. They tried to tell me I ordered later than I did, which was a straight up lie. It was going to take over 2 hours to receive my food after ordering it online. I'm supposed to be getting a refund, but we'll see how that goes.
Always order from here, staff is friendly and the food is always great! By far my favorite place to order wings... if you like Buffalo sauce, try the hot shot!
I ordered here many times its pretty good but recently I ordered 20 wings and they only brought me 18 wings and forgot my 2 of my ranch dips. But other than that everything else is great.
the service is meh but the wings are the best I've ever had. hands down. The liquid gold is my favorite. I ask my honey to take us every friday...they're THAT good.
I love this place, and it's an 8 minute, or less drive from my house, and one of the only places that delivery to my house (eventhough there are other places that are close). Although, the last two times I ordered, it's as if they got my food done, but waited to delivery; my food was not hot. Other than the last two times, I've had 100% great service.
