i have been shopping at this particular AutoZone for years now. They are always friendly, and courteous, but today they went above and beyond. i had ordered a heater core from the website, and someone in the warehouse sent the wrong part. Because of where the heater core is on my car, i didn't realize it was the wrong part (the pipe angles didn't match) until my entire dash was sitting in my front seat. Because the warehouse sent the wrong part, and because my only car was not able to be driven, the manager at the Mebane store found the correct part, and brought it to me the next morning. If i could give them 6 stars, i would.

People were nice as always and made finding the parts I needed for my truck pretty easy. Of course they only had the most expensive parts in stock, which wasn't friendly to my pocket, but had to get it fixed that day. New front shocks and sway bar bushings to end that pesky squeaking. Thanks guys!!

As far as box store auto parts stores are concerned, top dog no question. Jeff and his guys and gals awesome

I travel a lot and this AutoZone store is by far the cleanest and well staffed of any. these guys go above and beyond for every customer! I will be stopping back to this store! Great job jeff and crew!
