I usually have a great experience here (even the time something went awry); but Emily and Lynn really made my trip awesome today! Emily was professional, personable and quick with taking my order. Lynn was thorough with ensuting that my drink was perfect. I'm so glad that I went in as opposed to using the drive thru!!!

Since the pandemic my wife and I end up here a lot just to have something to do together. The employees are always extremely nice and helpful. It’s nice when dealing with the stress of the world these days. They’ll even strike up a conversation if I’m having to wait. Regardless we love this location, our drinks and food are always spot on. Good job!

There was a confusion about my order and when I informed the server there was a mix up she rudely asked me what did I want instead. Her demeanor was much friendlier with other patrons and I perceived her demeanor changed with me because of my race but I can’t say 100% that was the case but this location had an all white crew this morning and when I mentioned to the manager my experience she appeared surprised but was polite to me when I shared my experience.

I have tried this location at least 5 times. Each time my order is incorrect. Today I ordered a simple iced coffee with only a splash of cream, I received a fully sweetened beverage. The staff have always been polite. Management should really focus on recipe training to insure accuracy.

The best Starbucks I have ever been to. Store was clean and staff was super friendly. Got my order in a quick amount of time which is impressive based off of the volume of customers from the highway!
