Filament Coffee + Tea

Y'all, it smells amazing the minute you walk through the door! There's all kinds of extra items for sale that you won't know you needed until you see them. Lots of great local products, and the staff was very friendly. The young lady who helped me even offered some other shops to check out since I'm not from the area. I'm also now obsessed with their Fireside latteud83dude4c IT'S AMAZING

Great coffee

I stopped by for the first time this morning and tried the seasonal lemon basil shaken latte. It was so so good! A bit pricey since I got mine with oatmilk, but I honestly can't remember the last time I enjoyed a coffee drink as much as that one. Also both of the baristas were super nice and welcoming. The tables are spaced out well and the atmosphere is really cozy. Highly recommend!

Very nice looking place. Great aesthetic. Great coffee. 10/10. Tables were good distances apart for social distancing and all employee wore masks and were seen keeping the store sanitizer. 10/10 experience.

Disappointed in the service. The coffee was great, but poor, sweet, red headed girl was working hard to take orders and make drinks at the same time while two short, female brunettes were laughing and hanging out in the back with at least 5 people waiting on drinks. When I asked why my drink hadn’t been made I was told it was the next one in line. I was very aware that my drink was next because I watched numerous people come in and order after me while the short haired brunette came out twice and ignore the number of drinks to be made. Once I had complained, all of a sudden both brunettes were working out front, so it feels like there was a lot of messing around in the back while the poor, red headed girl did all the work. I was embarrassed for the owner who I’m sure would be disappointed in the lack of customer service from the two short brunettes who worked this morning (about noon on Dec 7th).nFor the record, almost all of my reviews are positive, but leaving this one because if I owned this coffee shop, I would want to know.nPS- in response to owner’s comment: if the girls working were high risk then they also should have been wearing masks. Also, asking why my coffee wasn’t made yet isn’t disrespectful. If the girls had managed the situation by mentioning they would need me to wear a mask I would have gladly put mine back on, that I had been wearing while ordering. No worries, I have no intention of returning.
