I can see why the rating is so low... The hours state a 6pm close but , when I arrived at 5:39 , I was told they were already closing out for the day. My haircut takes no more than about 10 minutes. This was a very disappointing experience , I'm pretty sure that no other salon would turn you away 20 minutes before close , especially someone looking for a simple buzz cut. If you are not taking customers 20 minutes before close , then change your hours to close at 5:30... ud83dude10 That way people don't waste their time and gas to come to your store. Maybe I'll give them another chance... maybe.
Was paying attention to employees more than my haircut. Completely unsatisfied, so much so that I wanted to take the time to write my first review Ever... worst of all, the haircut took less than ten minutes....
Sadly, hair keeps growing. I look forward to the day when hair cuts are automated.nnUntil then, the folks at SmartStyle can give a decent priced hair cut. I don't have much to say about the quality except that Port Angeles has several barbers who do worse hair cuts.
Good for taking my little boys to for haircuts. Not where I would go to, but really friendly staff and very helpful. Great with the boys.
