I was very disappointed with my visit to curls salon. I had a bob cut that I asked the tips to be trimmed (to remove the bob cut) and for bangs. The owner herself cut my hair and half way through the appointment I noticed A LOT of length was taken. When she got to the top of my hair she looked very concerned and completely stopped cutting, leaving my hair with very choppy layers (almost looking like a bowl cut) and bangs completely untouched. When I was leaving I had to reassure HER not to panic and I would go home and wash it and let her know how it looked tomorrow. The next day I explained it was awful and she left me with an even SHORTER bob cut and I’d really like a refund. She acted like she had no idea what happened, saying “you said you didn’t want to bob but that’s actually what you asked for.” She then offered to fix it, which did me no help because there was no hair left to fix. She closed by sending me photos of her own bad haircuts to try to comfort me. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, I’m truly devastated by what I was left with. Protect your hair!
Excellent hair cut however, it took a lot of time because she was preaching both religion and politics. I can't recommend.
Great atmosphere... Talented stylist... Friendly people... Definitely a salon i would recommend especially if you were blessed with curls... They work magic !!!
