Friendly, cheap, and lovely atmosphere. I'm afraid to say this, but it ain't never been busy when I go to get my haircut. The price ($10.00) is reasonable and competitive with every other barber nearby. The only negative thing is it's cash only. However, plan in advance and You're good or just go next door to Dempsey and use the ATM.

Im from south florida, been to a lot of barbers, let me tell you, this guy can cut! I have thin as heck hair and wear a fauxhawk inspired longer on the top and faded up from a 1 on the sides. Really hard to do and get to look right. My wife and I are thinking this is one of the best haircuts I've ever had.

If you want a down home feel with friendly people that care, along with a great cut, here is the place to go. I’ve been here since I’ve been stationed here 5 years ago, and I will tell you Roscoes is the only place that still does a razor fade, is great with cutting children’s hair, and has an honest price without anything extra, and the only place I will go.
