I love Sacred Roots!nKalei is an amazing knowledgeable teacher. I had been practicing yoga for over a decade when I was introduced to Kundalini. It has been a catalyst for great change in my life. I feel like Kundalini and Kalei have been a gift to me from the universe.

When you walk into Sacred Roots for the first time, you will get a sense of calmness, good vibes, positive energy, and after glancing at Ganesha on the wall, the beautiful Kalei will be there with a Hey or Hello to greet ya. Kalei is such an amazing person inside and out, such powerful positive energy she puts out, so informative and knowledgeable about Kundalini. She is dedicated her life to wellness and yoga and massage to help heal people inside and out. You will not be disappointed if you decide to take a Kundalini class by Kalei or get a massage from her. You will leave feeling at peace and more focused, more flexibility, and just all around good!!! You will not be disappointed. Kalei is always trying to improve her Kundalini skills with more training and encourages others to take some training as well to further their kundalini teachings. She is always available if you need to chat or have a question. She is a healer, a goddess to us all of the Kundalini family. Sacred Roots is her second home and some of her students second home as well. We love her!!! Sat Nam

First time for me and my 6 yr old tonight. Totally powerful and empowering experience. Kalei is an amazing teacher and gave clear directions which was much appreciated as a newby. I'm totally setting up a weekly private session with her! Sacred Roots Kundalini is where its at!
